Management Features
When allowed by class-of-service, Super Console users may generate call reports right from their desktop. Call Reports are displayed on the screen, exported to common standard files and of course printable on any printer on LAN/WAN. Super Console users may change names of employees, change forwarding options of any telephone and toggle phone state “Out of Office”/”In Office”. The operations are performed on-the-fly by simple mouse clicks.
